Membership Information For Each Option

We have membership levels for each of the methamphetamine testing, methamphetamine decontamination, and analysis industries.


Status NAMC Community Members Logo Use Fees
NAMC Community MemberThis membership is open to anyone having an active interest in Methamphetamine Contamination. Whether you are working with those affected by the issue or have yourself been affected as a landlord or tenant. The NAMC community members will have access to Newsletters, Forums, and Advice. They will also be kept up to date with the most recent developments and research. We look forward to having you as part of the NAMC Community in Australia.Community Member Logo$77 Annual fee
Status Testing Qualifications Logo Use Fees
Fellowship
  • Must have maintained certified member status
  • Must have added significant benefits to the industry.
  • Must gain board approval.

  • Must have maintained Associate Member status for 12 months.
  • Submit additional 20 detailed assessments with lab analysis from NAMC membership lab.
  • Must have gained NATA accreditation for methamphetamine testing.
  • Must have a Certified Hygienist on staff who is registered with AIOH & EHA.
  • Supply NIOSH 9111 sampling technique video
  • Interview with relevant board members and complete the 20 Question Exam on VCOP.
  • Must gain board approval
  • Once accepted the member can use NAMC Certified Member branding.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied.

Associate
  • Submit 5 test reports with lab analysis from NAMC membership lab to required standard.
  • Video of all technicians conducting correct NIOSH 9111 swab technique.
  • Must have been a Provisional member for minimum 3 months.
  • Must complete the NAMC Certified training course
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied
Associate Logo
$175 Annual fee
Provisional
  • Submit training certificate from listed provisional training provider list.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied
  • Complete 20 questions exam on code of practice.
  • Submit a video of your NIOSH 9111 swab technique.
  • Submit draft testing report in line with Voluntary Code of Practice for review.
  • Once accepted you are required to use an NAMC Lab for analysis.
  • Must agree with the Term and Conditions, specifically that you are not a remediation/decontamination company or associated with a remediation/decontamination company.
  • Sign and agree to follow the NAMC Charter, Rules and Regulations.
  • At provisional level you are not permitted to use NAMC branding.

Status Decontamination Qualifications Logo Use Fees
Fellowship
  • Must have maintained Certified Member status
  • Must have added significant benefits to the industry
  • Must gain board approval.

  • Must have maintained Associate Membership for 12 months.
  • Submit 5 decontamination reports including with lab analysis from NAMC membership laboratory. Must show a 70% first time pass.
  • Interview with relevant board members and complete the timed 20 Question Exam on VCOP.
  • RAP must be approved by a NAMC listed Occupational Hygienist member.
  • Must gain board approval.
  • Once accepted the member can use NAMC Member branding.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied.
Certified Member Logo

Associate
  • Submit 5 decontamination reports including, RAP, Lab Analysis. Must have a 50% first time pass clearance rate. Submit, pre-testing results and validations results from a NAMC member testing company.
  • Must have been a Provisional Member for minimum 3 months.
  • Must complete the NAMC certified training course.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied.
Associate Logo
$175 Annual fee
Provisional
  • Submit training certificate from listed training provider.
  • Submit draft Remediation Action Plan (RAP) that is in line with Voluntary Code of Practice, for review.
  • Answer, 20 questions relating to the 2019 Voluntary Code of Practice and National Remediation Guidelines
  • Must agree with the Term and Conditions, specifically that you are not a testing company or associated with a testing company.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied.
  • Sign and agree to follow the NAMC Charter, Rules and Regulations.
  • At provisional level you are not permitted to use NAMC branding.

  • Must hold and maintain NATA Accreditation
  • Must agree with the Term and Conditions, specifically that you are not a testing or remediation/decontamination company or associated with a testing or remediation/decontamination company.

  • Once accepted the member can use NAMC Analysis Member branding.
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance must be current and supplied.

Corporate Member (associated industry)
  • Designed for companies who engage methamphetamine testing and decontamination services. (Mortgagee, Financial institutions, real-estate agencies, insurance companies, etc.).
  • Must engage NAMC Members wherever possible.
  • Must agree to abide by and follow the Voluntary Code of Practice, in association with any local or state laws and regulations.

Terms and Conditions

The board have the right to request access to any testing report or RAP at any stage of membership
